Lucy Irving is an artist, author and creative coach based in the seaside town of Brighton in the UK. Over the years, she has worked as a professional freelance creative and mastered many mediums including painting, drawing, sculpture, craft & digital. After discovering the mental-health benefits of combining creative work with mindfulness, she has shared her insight and methods with the world through her books, courses, videos and art.
Her books, Creative Space Journal and Exercise Your Demons, are published by Ammonite Press and available in all good bookshops.
